The Season of Rebirth & Renewal

Happy Monday, Growth Club!

I went on a short walk through my neighborhood this week and WOW! Spring is truly in the air. The breeze made the trees sway like they were dancing and the flowers were blooming with color. It felt like the earth was taking a beautiful exhale.

During my walk, I tried a simple yet powerful practice shared by a somatic therapist, that was recommended by a fellow Growth Club member. The idea is this: think of your favorite color and keep an eye out for it wherever you go.

My favorite color is a soft shade of pink, but as I walked, I started noticing the vibrant greens, blues, purples–every color–all around me. This practice helped me feel more present and open to the possibility that joy is always available, even when my mind feels overwhelmed.

It’s been such a helpful tool to ground myself and reconnect, so I wanted to share it with you, along with a few reflection questions you might enjoy journaling on this week:

• What does your body want to feel today?
