Can you allow your inner child run the show?

Last week we officially welcomed our Founding Members to Growth Club! Reading the overflow of applications that shared stories of overcoming adversity and desires for more connection was so heartwarming and reaffirming for us that we’re not the only ones feeling this inner shift to focus on our wellbeing in a deeper way than just working out and eating healthy.

The people Growth Club is for understand the key to a truly fulfilling life is to have an intentional purpose, but more importantly - to enjoy the journey here & now, while connecting with more growth-oriented people along the way.

This week at Mindful Mornings at Village Well Books, we explored our connection to our Inner Child by inviting them to share stories with us - what came through were words of encouragement- from them to us - sharing moments they felt the most alive and then we returned the energy by sharing words of wisdom to help them navigate moments they felt the most disconnected. At the end, we committed to tangible ways to let our inner child be free to do whatever they desire to do for an hour every week - or just 10 minutes a day.
